SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING AREA
We ship to Spain and countries within the European Union. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order. The total cost, including shipping fees, will be displayed before confirming the purchase.
3. DELIVERY TIMES

Mainland Spain: 3–5 business days

Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: 5–7 business days

European Union: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin from order confirmation and payment validation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. SHIPPING PROCESS
4.1. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 24–48 business hours.
4.2. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
4.3. You can track your shipment through the link provided in the email.
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS
5.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
5.2. Marloar is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5.3. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
6. ORDER RECEIPT
6.1. Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of the package.
6.2. If the package shows visible damage, you may refuse delivery or report the issue to the courier at the time of receipt.
6.3. Please keep the original packaging for at least 14 days in case you need to request a return.
7. UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If the courier is unable to complete delivery (recipient absent, incorrect address, etc.), the package will be held according to the courier’s policies. The customer will receive a notification to arrange redelivery or collection.
If the package is returned to our facilities due to failed delivery, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment (additional costs may apply) or process a refund.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EU)
8.1. Shipments to EU countries may be subject to customs controls, which could cause delays.
8.2. Prices shown include the applicable VAT according to the destination country.
8.3. At this time, we do not ship outside the European Union.
